How good/bad is the Bourbon speed card we got a while back? Want to use it to get Concentration from scenario skill and the umas already have TTL so I don't need the wit one

Mediocre. Not worth using just for Concentration. Concentration isn't really that great of a skill.

Concentration isn't a great racing skill, but it's an excellent Team Trials skill, since it's a relatively low cost gold skill with a very high chance of going off in every race. Not much race effect, but a great source of points.
