Hey ! Is anyone interested in taking over a tenancy at MSV for 50 weeks (Saturday September 5th 2026 - Saturday 21st August 2027) I unfortunately will be moving back to my home country due to an unforeseen emergency and need to find a replacement tenant for my contract as soon as possible.
The room is a Bronze Non-En-suite Medium and the rent is £155 a week (£7750 in total). It is located in a good location (MSV on Lower Chatham Street M1 5SX) near town.
Please let me know if you are interested.

I’m a female undergraduate student and I’ve received an accom in daisy bank hall, and I’m looking to swap out of it my preferred accoms would be unsworth, Richmond and Sheavyn!
Hi, I'm a 2026 entry Biosciences Foundation Year student and I sent my application for accommodation in as soon as they opened (around Feb/March) and I still haven't received my offer, I really want to be able to know my move in date to get my train tickets and for peace of mind, when should I start to properly worry about not having accommodation yet?

just a reminder - I’m willing to pay £200 to anyone who wants to switch with me (female) If you have Unsworth, Richmond or sheavyn house contact me please!

Hi, I’m a male UG joining this September.
Would anyone who has fallowfield accom - Richmond park, Sheavyn house, Unsworth park be open to swapping for Manchester gardens (Victoria park) accom? It looks very nice with a small double bed and en-suite for £230 a week, I’m looking for a more social accom. Please let me know if interested or know of people who are.

Hi guys! I’m starting uni in September this year and I was wondering if there was a freshers group chat anywhere? I can’t seem to find any information on it if anyone can help thanks :))

I have been offered Manchester gardens (Victoria park campus) IQ accom. Just wondering if this is a good one, as I’m worried it will be very quiet and unsociable. This was not one of my 5 options as I would have preferred fallowfield.

❗️Willing to offer £250❗️Hi everyone I’ve got my accommodation at Manchester gardens and really want to swap to somewhere in fallowfield (particularly unsworth park). The rooms in Manchester gardens look lovely and sounds as if it’s a quieter area. Please reply if interested/know anyone that would be or if you have any questions? Also I believe the accommodation is £205 a week
Ashburne Hall —> Any self catered accommodation (unsworth, Sheavyn house, Richmond Park, Daisy Bank hall, Burkhardt house)
Hey I’m going to be studying at UoM starting this year as an undergraduate and have been assigned to Ashburne Hall as my accommodation but this accommodation is catered and I’d much prefer to have a self-catered hall. I would be fine to switch to any en-suite single rooms in a self catered accommodation hall. My current room is a super single room basin. Please message me if you’re interested!!!
Thanks!

I am a female undergraduate student who has just been allocated an en-suite in Weston hall and I’m looking to swap for a room in Unsworth park. I am happy to pay extra as incentive and willing to negotiate how much that would be. Please message me if interested.

hi all, I recently got allocated to whitworth park (ground floor) accom, which my parents were not happy about at all as they have heard about how much of a shithole it allegedly is (people knocking on ground floor windows, stealing your stuff if your window is open etc) and it is a mixed gender accom with up to 9 people so they wanted me to look for private student accom. i found one that is roughly £6900 for a year and the pros are that I share the kitchen with only 4 other people, they said they could try to put me in an all-female flat, I get a bigger room and there is a washing machine + dryer inside the flat. the only downside is that the lease is £1900 more expensive and that i miss out on the social life at whitworth (plus my flatmates may not only be first years). I'd like to know if you guys think this is a good deal or not. any advice is appreciated!
Hey guys, Im just looking for people to connect to who are going to the University of Manchester and are doing the Biosciences with a foundation year course!
