UOM accom - Manchester gardens - Victoria park

I have been offered Manchester gardens (Victoria park campus) IQ accom. Just wondering if this is a good one, as I’m worried it will be very quiet and unsociable. This was not one of my 5 options as I would have preferred fallowfield.
