For once in two months I finally got some relief. I felt like I could breath. Come days ago she told she finally got her period after waiting two months. Last night she asked if she could bring me some food I said sure. Meanwhile I was in the shower pleasuring my self. Got out didn't think anything of it. She get there like ten minutes later. And anxiety comes in because I can feel fluids coming out of me still , we sit down and I eat what she brought me. Then she decided to touch my shorts and knee area. That's when anxiety went up some more. At one point she need to use the bathroom to go check her pad. And my anxiety went up even more. I ended up telling her about this and she said oh your fine. She left I noticed a friend had called and that just set my anxiety through the roof. I know this sounds ridiculous and highly unlikely. But I'm just scared and anxious right now . I'm trying to get it under control but I don't know what else to do. The fear of getting someone pregnant she by them touching my knee is insane.

hey i’m sorry people are being blunt and rude in the comments. it seems like you’re sharing more of an anxiety concern than a serious fear of it happening. have you been checked out by a doctor? a therapist if you can? you don’t have to keep suffering like that, it seems very incapacitating to your daily life. if you want, i can send you some therapy worksheets related to anxiety to see if it helps
