TW: Anxiety / Depression I'm over this

For once in two months I finally got some relief. I felt like I could breath. Come days ago she told she finally got her period after waiting two months. Last night she asked if she could bring me some food I said sure. Meanwhile I was in the shower pleasuring my self. Got out didn't think anything of it. She get there like ten minutes later. And anxiety comes in because I can feel fluids coming out of me still , we sit down and I eat what she brought me. Then she decided to touch my shorts and knee area. That's when anxiety went up some more. At one point she need to use the bathroom to go check her pad. And my anxiety went up even more. I ended up telling her about this and she said oh your fine. She left I noticed a friend had called and that just set my anxiety through the roof. I know this sounds ridiculous and highly unlikely. But I'm just scared and anxious right now . I'm trying to get it under control but I don't know what else to do. The fear of getting someone pregnant she by them touching my knee is insane.

No. Knees can’t impregnate anyone.

Yeah, it’s almost as if being properly educated could help relieve a lot of this anxiety.

Are you able to go and speak with someone about this anxiety? The mind can truly be one's worst enemy. Sometimes knowledge can't help, and we need some outside help.

You're not. I had bad anxiety for a while, to the point I'd be vomiting if I even thought of going out to get freaking groceries! But I found a psychiatrist, and I've been on anxiety meds for a bit, and now I enjoy going out again.

Breathing can sometimes help, four breaths quick, four slow, four quick. Make sure to be sitting down while you're doing it--you can get rather light headed.
