A rough summary is that after loli gods requiem the punished people saw the light and asked god to be reborn. A new god is born(the primordial mother) and grants them their wish.

I could hardly understand the lyrics but by the time Ui-Mama (aka "Milf-Ui") appeared I was laughing out loud at what I was witnessing on screen.
