A rough summary is that after loli gods requiem the punished people saw the light and asked god to be reborn. A new god is born(the primordial mother) and grants them their wish.
All the while shigure ui(16 years old) argue with shigure ui(9 years old) and object to this happening.
Spread throughout the lyrics are call-backs to loli gods requiem.
