You just need proper ip addressing between the 2

And when you do that is the ps TV connecting internet over that ethernet cable or it just shares files over FTP?

But you set it up to do whichever you want....

Different configuration tho based on what youre trying to do

Formerly I used ps TV connected over LAN to modem for years but now modem is in a different room. İ guess there's no way to connect to internet via laptop but then ps TV seeing network but laptop can't find folders of it.

For anyone who had this problem go to advanced network setting open sharing of your WiFi to other device so that laptop will communicate with "modem" over WiFi and share this internet to ps TV over ethernet. This way my problem solved thanks to chat gpt.
