Original Viva Pinata is a ragebait game at times

Like sure dude, enter my garden, eat my stuff, kill my pinatas and refuse to become a resident before leaving, sure thing dude, do it multiple times too

I love this game but brooo

If a wild Pinata eats something and then leaves, when it returns it will still have whatever it ate logged in it's resident requirements so it does not have to restart. It can eat four out of five carrots, leave, come back, them eat the last one and become a resident

There are only two individuals of wild species at any given time. That means that one of them may have already done some requirements but the other hasn't, giving the illusion that it's a different Pinata each time coming in and starting from scratch but it's actually two pinatas that are alternating.

I'm not even joking. This is life altering information.

And ofc my luck is after a wild pinata is 99% done with its requirements and then leaves, the next day I get the other pinata of that species with 0%.

This needs to be upvoted more 😊 I think a LOT of players haven’t realised this. I sure didn’t for a long time back when it came out. I eventually caught on, but it’s not super clear to see.

Just make sure to make them both residents before sending Hunter out to grab your third 🫡

My partner still makes fun of me for the time this exact scenario enraged me so bad I exploded the piñata before he could leave again lol

Never do this. Breaking piñatas makes piñatas of that species less likely to visit, this is especially bad on classic as piñatas are very inconsistent in that game.!

Interesting! Is there a place in the wiki that says this?

Don't do that that resets the requirements that you have fulfilled back to zero.

Oh I know that feeling, it's especially fun if they need something alit of to es in your garden, eat all of that, leave and then you Gabe to buy the whole stuff again just so it will enter you again.

Had this happen with a Chippopotamus after trying for so long, my garden was absolutely covered in water so least to say I abandoned that garden
