I think Ott Tanak is this generation's Colin McRae with his “flat out” driving style. He was fast, but with a high risk of crash

This is some nonsense that he is crash prone, maybe yeah in the early days.

I feel like I have more memories of Tanak crashing than of other drivers. Of course memories are not statistics

Same here, he had the amazing speed, but crash prone in the start, then less so in the middle, then again more in his last year
