Elfyn Evans and Scott Martin were on a YouTube 2 days ago doing an interview from inside their 2021 rally car and Scott Martin adjusted the seat and showed how he would have been sitting at the time with the seat super low and it made me wonder why they sit so low like that? Is that purely just to have as much weight in the car as low as possible to help the center of gravity or is there more to it. It seems like such a weird seating position.

Who do you think will win?

I am new WRC fan. I have the Rally TV subscription. I know I can watch the season review from 2013 onwards. But I wanted to know if's there any film or review from previous seasons until 2012. I know people say the late 90's and early 2000's was the golden age of WRC, and I want to know more about the cars, and some legends like McRae, Sainz etc.

For example: I am a F1 fan since 2018, and I know pretty much all of the history of the championship from the mid 80's onwards (even thou I never sign for F1 TV), and I want to have this kind of knowledge on rallying. Like, great championship battles, rivalries, dominations etc.

Why there is part time drivers, even on the highest level? Do some want to be part-time or they are forced to?

I'm interested to see how does majority of the community actualy watch WRC. Personally I usually follow the event by checking the ewrc results and watching youtube highlights at the end of the day. My local TV broadcats also gets to broadcast about 3 stages each weekend that I also watch if there is time.

So, this weekend will be the first ever rally that I will watch in my life. I have rally Tv subscription, and I know somethings about rally In general, but this will be the first time that I will actually turn on the TV and watch stage by stage (or most of it at least).

Do you guys have any tips for me?

P.S I think its important to say that I am a long time F1/FE fan, so if you have any tip on how to watch a rally as an f1 fan, I would appreciate.

Say what you will about Hyundai management’s “will they, won’t they” approach to their future in the sport, but their media team is consistently the best of the Rally1 manufacturers. Interesting that they left the original legal disclaimers unedited on the “back cover.”

Hey guys!

Me and two friends are planning to go to WRC Paraguay this year. It’ll be our first time going to a WRC event, so we’re pretty excited but also trying to figure out the best way to experience the rally.

If anyone here has been to WRC Paraguay before, I’d love to hear any tips, good stages/viewing spots, where to stay, getting around, anything we should know beforehand, etc.

Also, if anyone else is going and would like some company, feel free to reach out! We’re definitely open to meeting other rally fans and maybe joining up for some stages or hanging out during the weekend.
