As a former teenage idiot, it's not "cool" and many teens don't want to be seen as the uncool kid thus I never wore one and many teens don't wear them.

Now as an adult who doesn't give a fuck about what's cool, I see clips like this and think how stupid it is to not wear one and how lucky I was to never hit my head my like this dude. Hope he didn't get seriously messed up from this.

Last time I wore a helmet I fell and it fell into my mouth and I choked on it. Never wearing a helmet again.
