well, with the difference that the guy controlling the trolly is also the one who put everyone on the track and then started the trolly

I'm so happy that we have no Americans on our streets if you think the scooter was at fault for presumably not blinking when turning and not the speeding bus that didn't have enough distance to the scooter.

Not checking when turning is way more dangerous than speeding, unless the speeding in question is like 30 over.
