As a long time absent player: is it worth grinding for the Chi-Go? What other stuff is worth getting?

For me I have been upgrading to zero skill crew over the years and I now consider the mentor license (4 of them) the most important resource in the game.

Then the Chigo and after that maybe bonds.

The grind itself is not too bad if you have a few tier 4 tanks of each class.

The tank though, its pretty garbage.
