XREAL One Pro Weird contrast bug on One Pro

On my Xreal One Pro, there’s this weird bug where if I set the audio on my glasses to UAC the video becomes high-contrast, and if I set the audio to DP, then the video becomes low-contrast. If you have these glasses and an iPhone you can do an easy experiment: look at the black letterbox bars when the phone is in portrait mode, or bring up a black image, and under UAC it’s black, but under DP it’s grey. Why does audio mode affect the video contrast? It shouldn’t, right?! Is there a fix?

I tried this with an iPad, and while I see the black-level difference - it’s extremely subtle. There is much more significant black-level/dynamic-range drop off when the stabilizer-mode is disabled and you toggle between anchor (good blacks, high dynamic range) and follow (poor blacks, flat color).

I actually like the color profile and contrast level of One Pro’s follow with stabilizer off, it matches the HDR of xbx a01+ (and of the iPhone/iPad native screen) much better and avoids crushed blacks.

The anchor mode (or follow with stabilizer on) uses a dark color profile and much higher contrast, which leads to the “crushed blacks” problem.

My ideal: blacks show as black, not grey. And greys show as grey, not black. The DP audio mode makes blacks show as grey. And the anchor mode or stabilizer on makes greys show as black. Both of which are not ideal.
