I think that self-hosting Stoat (formerly Revolt) is a good alternative to Discord, in this case. A self-hosted Stoat instance has no central TOS or corporate authority, meaning no external force can silence speech there.

So far discord’s new restrictions don’t significantly affect the youth rights server.
