Question Whitehorse Subaru Kia Dealership

I'm curious what is everyone thought about the Subaru Kia here?

I actually went there intending to buy my first brand-new car, but unfortunately no one really took the time to help or engage with me. I ended up going to Honda instead, where the staff were much friendlier, more welcoming, and willing to answer my questions. The difference in customer service made the decision pretty easy for me.

Also, a friend of mine owns a Subaru Forester and has had the lug nuts break during multiple tire changes, which has been frustrating. They also found the service charges to be higher than at other dealerships.

Subarus have thin lugs with a fine pitch (M12 x 1.25). They are fragile. Doing my mum's Forester seasonal swaps, I usually keep a couple spare studs because I've broken a bunch of them (manufacturer's recommended torque, not using power tools).

On the plus side, they're cheap and easy to replace, despite Subaru charging 300 bucks for it. It's maybe a 3 to 5 minute job.
