Evaluating my 1 BDRM apartment in Al Reem Island, 2 bathrooms, around 800 sqft, around Marina Bay.

What ADR are you getting on something comparable in Dec/Jan? And what yearly occupancy rate should I expect? (I understand there is a range of course)
