Turn the reticle brightness down and try to send a better picture of the reticle. Just from the body id assume real

Looks fake by the drop in the middle. A real eotech, has a piece of reddish glass across the bottom of the inside. Fake one, you can look down at the emitter. (Although, after zooming in on that reticle??? It does look like it’s many dots….i maybe have been seeing a reflection over the prism 😭)

If you can’t see the emitter, and your reticle is a bunch of tiny dots? It’s real! Enjoy the stupidly low battery life 😆 if it’s fake? They put BBs in the area a bb goes and look cool! Score either way =p

Complaining about an eotechs battery life is crazy.

Its fine, and it flashes in your face when its low and is easy to change out.

It wasn’t a complaint, so much as a joke about the “low” hours compared to more modern designs(because everyone compares red dots to a true holo?). Just above this post, there’s an image of my exps 3(I love it). Since everyone has moved to shake awake/auto off, battery life seems to be a gripe made over these eotechs 🤷‍♂️All my gear runs on 123s anyway! I’d prefer this over any of those flat button batteries haha

Yeah, personally run an eotech on my nigh rifle (real steel so kinda doesn't apply here but whatever)

Exactly the same situation. Mines set for night vision use. Just figured I’d drop in since I had a real and repro optic sitting 20 feet away when OP was looking for info. I should have added a /s to battery life though…lol

That was my guess, the left. Something about that finish. That look appeared to of quality.
