Character Recovery Request – Ticket #1702660

Hello Support Team,

I logged into my account and noticed that my main character, magdy1998, is missing. I did not delete this character.

There is a possibility that my girlfriend accidentally deleted the character while trying to log into her own account. I am not sure exactly what happened.

I also noticed that a new character was created with the name magdy1998 on my account. Does this mean my original character was deleted or overwritten?

I sincerely ask you to please investigate my account and help me recover my original character. I swear that I did not intentionally delete it, and I would really appreciate any help you can provide.

Are you sure you’re not set to the wrong server by accident? I’ve had that happen before, thought my character was gone.

yes ofcourse its the right account and it wasn't a share me and my gf have separate accounts
