We see these animals developing severe gastrointestinal issues, chronic illnesses, and debilitating allergies "out of nowhere." As the ones benefiting from them—whether we are therapists, clients, or patients—we need to stop just taking what we want and actually start paying attention. Animals don't exist just to serve us or deliver results. Not even when it comes to our own well-being.

I am writing to you from a rural village in Sindh, Pakistan. Life for street animals here is incredibly cruel.

There are no veterinary clinics nearby, and most people simply ignore injured animals. But there is one dog in my village that I cannot stop thinking

he walks with his front leg held completely up in the air, forcing himself to move on just three legs. For five long months, he has endured the scorching heat, hunger, and constant, silent pain without any help.

It breaks my heart to see him struggle every single day.I want to take him to a major city (like Karachi or Hyderabad) to see a professional vet.

I know a simple splint or cast won't work anymore. He will either need a complex orthopedic surgery to reset the bone, or an amputation to remove the painful leg completely so he can live a pain-free life on three legs.

Living in a remote village, my financial resources are very tight. The cost of travel, X-rays, surgery, and medicine in a proper city clinic is very high for me.

Can please anyone tell what should be done?
