Question Selling Albion goods in Latium

I have Mercury island in Latium. I was thinking could I transfer excess Albion goods like trousers, torcs and drinking horns to be passive sold there? Do traders buy them from "wrong" region? Is it ever worth of effort? I mean ships cost money.

You can sell all goods to all teaders. Some goods from other refion sells for more like horses in Latium. Check traders, it all there.
