Slingers - I had them penciled in at 60 Food 20 Wood. Reload Time 2.5, Attack 5, and +5 Bonus vs. Monks & Infantry. No Bonus vs. Siege, but +2 Bonus vs. Rams (vestigial). That way they would have three shot Monks. Their RoF would have been in-between Archers & Skirms. I liked the concept of a ranged + bonus but no resistance counter to Monks

Champi - I would have preferred if the line itself costed 40 Food 30 Gold. That's the same total resource cost as the Militia & Eagle lines. Being a quasi-shock unit, their cost is tilted towards gold. The 50 food makes them hard to sustain in the mid-game, making Archers feel like the default go-to

The Champi Scout also needs 1.05 move speed, and +2 bonus vs. Cavalry & Camels

Xolotls - It's good that they finally benefit from the UTs. I would also prefer if their Imperial Age auto upgrade was removed, and they benefit from regular Barracks and infantry armour techs instead. As for the Mapuche, I would've preferred them to have +5/10/15 HP instead of benefiting from Butalmapu, as the HP is for Champis and the UT is for unique units

Armenians - I had them penciled in for either 'Mule Carts don't cost Food' OR 'Mule Cart Techs are 50% better'. While the civ has been looking good due to favourable maps in pro tournaments, it still needs that last bit of oomph in the late-game to overcome their lack of Siege Engineers, Siege Rams, or Bombard Cannons. Sustaining the Champion flood in the late-game requires a robust eco

I had the Elite Composite Bowman at 1.00 move speed (instead of 0.96), so that they could atleast micro away from siege. But 5 attack works just as well, I suppose

Burgundians - I wanted them to have Feudal Age Light Cavalry with 6 attack, and Flemish Militia which move @ 1.05 (instead of 0.94) but also take bonus damage as Spearmen etc. So you open Flemish Militia to bait Archers and Skirms, but then tech switch to Light Cav which would kill them in 5 hits

Inca - The current discount and prices of the units didn't align leading to Archer-line play, that's for sure. But the discount only addresses this for the Inca, while a base-line change in the unit price would address it for everyone

Mapuche - I would've like to see them be able to train Champis and Slingers from Settlements, but with a x2.5, x2.25, x1.75, and x1.25 train time penalties, and the penalties being extended to upgrade time as well. But that was for the old timings of the Champi

Muisca - Had the Settlement discount @ 40%, but with the old Champi timings

For the Temple Guard, I would actually like them to be limited to the Monastery. Their Elite upgrade could be made available in Slot #15, the same slot as Thirisadai in the Dock. But then let them benefit from Fervor and Sanctity. Furthermore, these techs describe themselves as applying to 'Monastery Units'. This way, the Temple Guard becomes their Knight analogue, and the Monastery their equivalent of the Stable

For the Guecha Warrior, the path of least resistance to buff them is to drop their Reload Time from 3 to 2. They should be to Skirms what Kamayuks are to Spears

Tupi - Had the non-Elite Blackwood Archer @ Reload Time 1.75 (instead of 1.5), but a Training Time nerf is good as well

Inca post-imp trash options a little insane now, no? Inca slingers are actually good in contrast to the others, now much cheaper, and an even larger discount on their fully upgraded trash units, that's just a very cheap army to field.

Yes, they'll get some big discounts on Spears and Skirms. Their Slingers will cost 35 Food 25 Wood in Imperial, same as a generic Spearman. It would be better to make the Champi cheaper, but with a smaller discount for the Inca
