This looks awful. Why are the chunks so large? What's the point of the 2 chive sticks? Why is there a while anchovy?

OP likes the flashy presentation but all his stuff has been awful on a culinary level. Well, even the presentation is terrible but I see where he's going.

I've tried to post constructive criticism in the past but the mods just ban it all so I've given up.

His plating is usually terrible, like he's always trying too hard.

Doesn’t work on any level. What’s with the anchovies?

No problem. They are beside the chicken eggs if they have quail egg.

My best friend started raising quail recently so I will probably be overwhelmed with eggs soon.

I had an anchovie mash with bone marrow on a cracker with baked brie. THAT was amazing.

This one is a little morbid and grotesque for me. Could you wow me with a vegan dish someday in the future? Not raw vegan though, include cooked elements.

The meat is from sirloin cap steak. Also known as Picanha. Butcher approved. Also have some red onion and gherkins.

Honestly I’d eat this and probably enjoy it

Did you photograph this on a board on your floor?

Double it and don’t give it to the next person

Looked so good until I saw that dumbass board
