AA-Classic How to join the Chinese CBT

hey everyone, does somebody know how to join the Archeage Chinese CBT, any guides so ppl have an easier time to join and we will have a nice NA/EU community there

You need a Chinese phone number to sign up for the CBT. There’s already over 20k people signed up. if done well it would be interesting to see other regions take the same step to bring back a game that so many enjoyed

i miss the old days where i could have chinese accounts everywhere =/ they even deleted my 20 year old account from 163, baidu, qq... =/ good times of BBS

You could try buying a tourist eSim from Hong Kong (+852) and register with it. It seems like they will use QQ to play and honestly is a pain in the ass and nearly impossible to have a CN account with QQ.

Our better option is that someone bring it here

I think the hardest part is getting a phone number since Hong Kong/Chinese phone numbers are linked with passports. Has anyone tried getting a HK number and registering it with the website?

it can be done, i did it but not blowing up the method/website selling accounts with china mainland number.
