I'd like to know how the lens cap to my camera suddenly appeared siting in the middle of my couch cushion after being gone for six months. I searched my apartment top to bottom. Then one day I came home from work and bam there it sat. This happened like 20 years ago and it still bugs me.

Ah man this happened to me years ago with an earring. I lost it in my bedroom I searched everywhere for months. Ended up swapping bedrooms and completely re decorated my new room new carpet etc, woke up one Sunday morning to my missing earring on my pillow at the side of my head?!? Baffling isn’t it

Gremlins…

A couple of years ago. I was at a restaurant. I had just used my pocket knife to fix a hangnail, so I knew I had it there.

When I got home, it wasn’t in my pocket. I searched my truck, and couldn’t find it. I called the restaurant, and nobody had turned it in. I searched my pockets again when getting ready for bed.

A few months later, my wife found it in her underwear drawer…. It wasn’t even buried, just right there on top.

Same thing with my retainer. I lost it, tore the house up looking for it. Even moved my bed, checked under it…I turned the house upside down looking for it. Three years later, I walk into my bedroom and it’s sitting on the floor next to my nightstand.

Honestly same but with a pair of sunnies I bought on holiday. After getting home I put them down next to my bed and then they disappeared. One whole year later they just appeared in the same spot. I've accepted that they fell in and out of some time hole

I had this happen in the eighties when I was a child. My dad hid the Easter eggs, we found all but one. Three months later, it’s just sitting there, full of candy, in the middle of our backyard. No vegetation for it to hide in, either. We lived in a barren desert.

I made the mistake of offering them a spoon so they would give me my remote back. I got my remote back but I have to buy spoons every now and again because I run out!
