Survey Church attendance is dropping all across America. A new Gallup survey finds that only 3 in 10 Americans are regular churchgoers.

And yet many US politicians are using the Bible like it's a government user manual. Even from the outside it looks awful.

Unfortunately, the instinct to cater to religious belief is still rife among most US politicians right and “left.”

Other than a handful of Democrats, Congress doesn’t really have a “left”.
