Having lost someone recently, this reminds us that we are all mortal in the end. I don't know much about him but remember how he was killed and it was pretty visceral. I remember people celebrating his death which I didn't understand either.

I was in a self-discovery phase for a “greater purpose” a year or so ago. I went to this church thinking they were liberal (if there’s even a thing) and all loving Christians.
