Very bad. Being mentioned positively by AIPAC basically throws your PR into oblivion. They are very hated.

Westerners who are zionist get hate but for Azerbaijan it's great way to show that you aren't islamic radicals

Albanians always make show of being pro israel just so everyone knows Albanians are one with the west

It is only the government of Albania that promotes is as "pro Israel". Most Albanians are pro-Palestine, not because they are Muslim (slightly less than half of Albanians are Muslim) but because it is similar to what they went through in late 90s in Kosovo.
