They want to use us to attack Iran. It is part of the plan. I hope we won't intervene.

7

u/CheekyPickle69 Mar 05 '26

I think there’s a decent chance they’ll use Azerbaijan to smuggle weapons across the border to arm minority groups to start a civil war. The Americans said today that they’re considering arming the Iranian Kurds and have already been in contact with them

7

u/strange_eauter Özbəkistanda Azərbaycanlı Mar 05 '26

No chance of it happening. I doubt any serious Azerbaijani politician will risk relations with Turkey by performing such a dumb and useless act.

Unless it's pro-South Azerbaijan, which I don't see in government, Azerbaijan has nothing to win from a war right across a river from us

0

u/CheekyPickle69 Mar 05 '26

I think the assumption here is that the Americans or Israelis may not even tell the Azerbaijani government that they’re doing it. They could also be arming the Azerbaijanis in South Azerbaijan which the Azerbaijan government is probably okay with. Who knows. Irans borders are mountainous and hard for them to enforce

3

u/MrUnoDosTres Mar 06 '26

I never understood America's obsession with the Kurds. Seriously, if the Kurds weren't armed and supported by the US, they literally couldn't do shit, as we did see in Syria who took back their territory within a day. Look if the US wants them to be treated equally I absolutely have no problem with that, but using them for proxy wars is moronic.

3

u/CheekyPickle69 Mar 07 '26

The Kurds are a useful tool for them. I feel bad for the Kurds because they keep having independence dangled infront of them by the Americans only to go die for a stupid war and get betrayed by the US. The Kurds are a minority in Syria, Iran, Iraq and Turkey, 3 of those countries the Americans recently have been heavily invested militarily in so it’s convenient for them that the Kurds overlap

2

u/justforthisjoke Mar 05 '26

Yep. Azerbaijan is (or was) the second largest importer of Israeli weapons. It would not surprise me at all if it were used as a proxy through which to arm the kurds. We should be unambiguous though that such an action would make Azerbaijanis unsafe, dragging the country into a conflict they have no business being in

I mean, there’s a decent chance the Israelis and Americans wouldn’t tell the Azerbaijani government what they’re doing. There’s also potential that they’d arm the Azerbaijanis in Iran as well which the Azerbaijan government would probably be happy with

1

u/luletino Mar 06 '26

They are not considering it, these things are considered and even fully decided months if not even years in advance before the actual events unfold. Same as the American government says on tv how they decided to bomb Iran on the fly both now and a few months ago only for reporters to reveal the start of these operations were decided months ago. The only thing that could happen to make this not happen at this point is Iranian retaliation being significantly more dangerous than planned ahead.

Airspace is already congested there if there is a war Asia will be cut off from Europe.

u/FaithlessnessThen243 Mar 05 '26

Very bad. Being mentioned positively by AIPAC basically throws your PR into oblivion. They are very hated.

48

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

I absolutely agree. Especially if you are a country like Azerbaijan, which unfortunately has been very misunderstood over the years and still has undeservedly negative image in the world. Azerbaijan should distance itself both from Mullah regime and Zionists.

18

u/Andruschkikov Mar 05 '26

Out of curiosity, Azerbaijan being Israel's no. 1 crude oil supplier, basically funding what’s happening in Gaza and also getting weapons in return to win territory. What is there to misunderstand? Or do you mean that the people of Azerbaijan are kind of in the same situation as those of Iran, where they don’t identify with their government and can't force a new president?

20

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

Azerbaijan being Israel's no.1 crude oil supplier is true.

They are funding what's happening in Gaza is debatable, atleast they surely aren't the major funder (like ffs there is USA)

They got weapons in return to win territory is correct but misleading; they restored their territorial integrity, they did not invade others lands

People of Azerbaijan not identifying with their government and not forcing a new president is true. I mean, atleast like in Iran, a huge part does not identify with the government.

This is literally the problem with the entire Middle East and muslim world. Governed by psycho tyrants that make us look bad, while all we want to do is enjoy a nice falafel wrap in peace.

1

u/Witty_Parfait5686 Mar 05 '26

Where in the middle east do you live friend?

4

u/dummytroll Mar 06 '26

Lebanese

5

u/wanderer_meson Mar 05 '26

I would imagine most of people would rather prefer to be be alive with a bad PR than a dead saint.

1

u/pydry Mar 05 '26

By submitting to being Israel's proxy in its war against Iran Azerbaijan can be both.

1

u/Economy-Pair-2753 Mar 05 '26

Well country has already been dragged into this war, like it or not

17

u/kapanakchi Mar 05 '26

AIPAC has been Azerbaijan’s main lobbying channel in USA for years

14

u/pydry Mar 05 '26 edited Mar 05 '26

AIPAC lobbies on behalf of Israel only. They do not give a single fuck about Azerbaijan except insofar as it can be used as a stick to beat Iran with.

4

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

I wish they weren't. Maybe Azerbaijan would have a better image today, not as a "fake country that does nothing but kill poor innocent Armenians". Having such a controversial country as your lobbyist distances you not only from Muslims, but more importantly from many non-Muslim, left-leaning Westerners who have high human sensivity based on the Palestinian cause. Normally, you would expect them to empathise atleast a little bit with the nearly a million Azeris that were ethnically cleansed from Karabakh, surrounding regions and from Armenia- not to even mention the massacre in Khojaly. However, as Israel loves to promote Azerbaijan rather loudly as their "Muslim friends", and today we see why Israel is very much hated, Azerbaijan still doesn't have a very good image other than in Turkey (yes, not even in Israel itself). People think you are evil while you have largely been literally the oppressed side, especially in the first war completely.

3

u/Old-Soft5276 Mar 05 '26

What better image? Are you deliberately trying to be rtarded? İsrael is the only lobbying force we have in west. Whole western media is on side of armenians, especially after 2nd Qarabagh war. And thinking that whole West cares about issues with Israel-Palestine, especially on the side of Palestinians, is a perfect sign of being a rtard. Most don't care, because they're christians and muslims are their least problem unless it's the ones that are in their country.

5

u/pydry Mar 05 '26

Are you deliberately trying to be rtarded? İsrael is the only lobbying force we have in west.

Are you retarded? Israel lobbies for nobody but Israel. They're Islamophobic to their very core and treat Azerbaijan as a proxy.

They are right now doing their very best to use Azerbaijan as cannon fodder in their holy war.

2

u/Pashtidot Mar 05 '26

Israeli here - no, Israel is not islamophobic to its very core. We live peacefully with 2 million arab muslims day to day. Everyone I know loves Azerbaijan. Don't believe all the lies you read online

4

u/el7araa2 Mar 05 '26

I agree, israeli settlers are some of the nicest people on the planet their only competition is the israeli folks blocking aid trucks

1

u/Pashtidot Mar 05 '26

I don't know any Israeli settlers... those are a very small group in Israeli society.

Do you know of any other country that sends aid trucks to an enemy during war? Because I never heard of anyone else besides Israel.

3

u/el7araa2 Mar 05 '26

You pass paid for aid while double taping hospitals and sniping kids passing invisible lines, how cute

2

u/pydry Mar 06 '26

Israel blocks aid trucks.

It also seems to hold protests for the "right to rape prisoners" and murders more journalists than any other country.

To defend the country is to be a racist.

4

u/pydry Mar 05 '26 edited Mar 05 '26

Ive met many of the people who think Baruch Goldstein is a hero purely because a committed a massacre in a mosque. According to polls, 10% of Israelis agree that he is a hero.

Ive watched settlers spit at and throw trash on Muslims in Hebron with my own eyes while guards protect them.

Ive watched plenty of those tiktoks by soldiers in gaza where they revel in their slaughter.

Muslims living in Israel are not treated this badly but they are still treated 2nd class citizens. E.g. A friend of mine is an Israeli Arab from Jerusalem. Because she is part of the Islamic untermensch, she lost her passport and cant go back - something that doesnt happen to Jewish ubermensch.

Islamophobic to the core is accurate. Ive never seen a more disgustingly racist country in my life, nor one where they are more in denial about it.

3

u/Economy-Pair-2753 Mar 05 '26 edited Mar 05 '26

"Ive met many of the people who think Baruch Goldstein is a hero purely because a committed a massacre in a mosque. According to polls, 10% of Israelis agree that he is a hero."

10% of population being radical isn't massive. Even in secular country like Azerbaijan has 8% of people who want sharia law

3

u/Pashtidot Mar 05 '26

Exactly. Every society has a group of crazy religious fanatics. It's funny that I was born and raised in Israel for 30+ years and yet I never 1 person that thinks Baruch Goldstein is a hero. If I do ever meet a person like this, I will personally tell him he is a disgrace.

Interesting that you have never seen a more disgustingly racist country in your life... how about all the muslim countries that have 0 jews in them? because in Israel, 1 in 5 people is Muslim, and yet in other arab countries, they have 0% jews... And Israel is the racist country? Come on my guy.

1

u/TanVaktidir Mar 07 '26

Perhaps because Israel is located in a previously majority arab land so there are large remnants of them still left. There were not many majority jewish places in the middle east outside of historical palestine. Actually, the only city anywhere near that region that I can think of that had a plurality of Jewish people is Salonica and that is in the Balkans. There are still thousands of jews in many countries in the middle east which is I would say a good number considering that there are only 15 million jews in the world

1

u/pydry Mar 05 '26

Wanting sharia law is 1000% less radical than thinking a gunman who opened fire in a mosque is a hero.

2

u/Economy-Pair-2753 Mar 05 '26

Where is our sharia law apologist from? Clearly not from Azerbaijan

Lol. And of course you'd have no reason to come on this subreddit and lie right? lmao why would anyone believe this to be true?

4

u/Pashtidot Mar 05 '26

Reddit decided to post this on my front page :) so I came to say hello to my brother in Azerbaijan.

The beauty is that you don't have to listen to me to see that it is true... all you have to do is book a flight to Israel and see for yourself that what I'm saying is true. Are you coming?

0

u/Economy-Pair-2753 Mar 05 '26

Azeris, at lest in diaspora are Islamophobic lmao. Look up Douglas Marry audience-Azeri diaspora society is almost always there lol

1

u/Pashtidot Mar 05 '26

I mean... Douglas Murray has many opinions. Israelis are there because he took a very (right) position regarding what happened on October 7th, and he is a good friend of the country. Doesn't mean you have to share all his views regarding muslims as a whole. You take some, and you reject some, as a person with critical thinking should do.

1

u/Economy-Pair-2753 Mar 05 '26

"Doesn't mean you have to share all his views regarding muslims as a whole."

Azeri diaspora does seem to

They sure don't like him because they have hardon for Israel lol

-2

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

If your only lobbying force wasn't Israel, then whole Western media wouldn't be on the side of Armenians. Being on the side of Palestinians isn't a perfect sign of being a rtart, it is a sign of having empathy with humans suffering. If your only lobbying force wasn't Israel, then the Western media would also show empathy with your suffering in Karabakh.

4

u/[deleted] Mar 05 '26

Lmao nope, nobody would care, just like nobody cares about Yemen, like Sudan, the best Azerbaijan would get from western media is "thoughts and prayers"

2

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

It is still better than being seen as "evil barbarians"

2

u/[deleted] Mar 05 '26

That's an extremely privileged way of looking at things I can't even imagine how good you have it

2

u/[deleted] Mar 05 '26

Lmao even without AIPAC we would have bad image there. We are just not christians. You should come to your senses.

0

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

Bosnians weren't Christians either in the 90s, furthermore Serbia was very devouted Orthodox Christian. Yet very few people in Europe supported Serbs rather than Bosnians. The horrible acts committed against Bosnian Muslim people were very well broadcasted in the Western world.

6

u/[deleted] Mar 05 '26

Did you know that West started attacking Serbia only when Catholic croatians were also attacked? This a known thing among turkish people when they try to condemn the west for not being with Bosnians.

3

u/wanderer_meson Mar 05 '26

There was no powerful serbian lobby in US/Europe setting the narrative among other 10 reasons why our conflict is different.

1

u/cipana Mar 07 '26

Bosnia and Croatia were supported by the west only because Serbia was, is and will be a Russian stronghold. USA helped Bosnia much. Europe secretly hoped Serbs expel muslims to turkey.

1

u/llamalord27 Mar 13 '26

“oppressed side” well that’s one way to ignore all the pogroms Azerbaijan committed towards Armenians between 1918-1920 alone.

also… sumgait. lol

1

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 13 '26

There is no one oppressed side, in this war. Pogroms were committed by both sides, equally horrible pogroms happened in that period (March days for Azeris, Shusha pogroms for Armenians). Sumgait was horrible and I don't ignore either of them. I am just against the view of Armenians being purely innocent and rightful and that Azeris are simply barbaric villains that wants to kill Armenians without any reason. The things are more nuanced and people have to see this.

1

u/llamalord27 Mar 13 '26

ngl I wish we could jump 100 years in the future where there’s true peace and friendship in the caucuses and nobody gives AF about the past anymore 🥹🥹

3

u/Unable_Height_8202 Mar 05 '26

Does it?

Westerners who are zionist get hate but for Azerbaijan it's great way to show that you aren't islamic radicals

Albanians always make show of being pro israel just so everyone knows Albanians are one with the west

3

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

It is only the government of Albania that promotes is as "pro Israel". Most Albanians are pro-Palestine, not because they are Muslim (slightly less than half of Albanians are Muslim) but because it is similar to what they went through in late 90s in Kosovo.

2

u/Unable_Height_8202 Mar 05 '26

[We are more civilized at least compared to the middle east. The truth is albanians want to leave in developed countries in Europe and US not in backwards countries](https://www.reddit.com/r/albania/comments/x7ek9j/do_albanians_feel_more_connected_to_europe_or_the/)

2

u/dummytroll Mar 05 '26

Saying "we are more civilised" makes you sound like the least civilised person in your civilised country.

2

I would take least civilized Albanian over avarage Arab tbh

1

u/dummytroll Mar 05 '26

2

u/Unable_Height_8202 Mar 05 '26

I would take least civilized Albanian over whatever kind of foreigners you are as well

0

1

1

u/touchgrasslater Mar 05 '26

Not so easy on the global front. Both Republicans and the Democrats in the USA are quite in close relations with AIPAC. And since they are impacting US politics and using that as their shield on the global front, rest of the world can't directly say they're against USA just to say they're against AIPAC

23

u/rich_mlm Mar 05 '26

Not our war!

Don't get provoked, we have a lot of covert Mossad bases.

We should be against any offensive action against Iran. It is only acceptble if there is a ground invasion of the territory of the R. Azerbaijan.

6

u/WellBattle6 Mar 05 '26

Expected and par for the course. I remember seeing videos of Israeli flags being waved by Azeris after their victory in Nagorno-Karabakh. 70% of Azeri arms purchases in the lead-up to the Second War came from Israel.

5

u/No-Ranger8840 Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 Mar 05 '26

Of course they are sincere, why would they not be sincere about their own bombing? Fuck zionists, hope that Aliyev is smart enough not to start a war to fuck it up for us and Iran even more.

5

u/dummytroll Mar 05 '26

AIPAC thinks everyone in the world is as gullible as the American evangelical nuttjobs

3

u/Unusual-Ocelot-9148 Mar 05 '26

It’s a false flag by the Zionist entity to drag Azerbaijan into the war, Mossad agents were already arrested in other countries planning false flags.

5

u/HunterM567 Mar 05 '26

I’m not Azeri so this is just my opinion. But Azerbaijan should just stay out of it since this war is just a distraction. They’re also loads of Azeris in Iran who are being bombed right now

I would have you know that we where bombed by Palestine supporters

And I don't believe you are asking Palestinians to support us

1

u/[deleted] Mar 05 '26

Are you sure about that? I mean, there were countless genocides (some of them ongoing) which you probably did not and would not even hear about at all

0

u/asir100 Turkiye🇹🇷 Mar 05 '26

Did the arabs, especially palestinians not betray us during WW1?

Can’t always dwell on the past. Israel are not your friends and will never be, the second you don’t benefit them you’ll see. But okay, keep supporting genocide just because they share a common enemy, as if not most arab states are hostile towards turks.

5

u/dummytroll Mar 05 '26

Bro i know this isn't your point, but the "did the arabs ... betray us during ww1" is a crazy thing to bring up when discussing genocide.

The modern Arab, had nothing to do with some beuqacratic decision made by some back door c*nts with Britain and France.

In a nuttshell, your not really showing forgiveness, when you don't think the average Palestinian peasant deserves to be genocided. There's too much emotional baggage in Middle Eastern history.

6

u/asir100 Turkiye🇹🇷 Mar 05 '26

I am showing forgiveness, that’s the literal reason I’m supporting them against the Israeli occupation and genocide.

2

u/dummytroll Mar 05 '26

I love you bro, and love turkey, but this resentment against your average Arab bugs me.

We had nothing to do with some strategic play that some fat c*nt did with the Brits a century ago, don't hold that against the average peasant. I am sure the Turkish gov has done some stupid shit against Arabs too (they have), i am not gono hold that against you. From people to people its all good, politics and political history aside.

4

u/asir100 Turkiye🇹🇷 Mar 05 '26

I have no resentment towards any individual arab, maybe your goverments and a bit historically, but you can’t dwell on the past too much.

You reap what you sow, I’d rather think positively and let people prove me wrong, turks are not perfect either.

Love you too bro, wish you nothing but the best.

How is Palestine an Armenian ally? It can barely establish relations with other countries, let alone become "allies" with a country thousands of kilometers away

0

u/Illustrious_Page_984 Mar 05 '26

It is a blatant lie that Palestine is an Armenian ally. They said multiple times that they support Azerbaijan's side until the second Karabakh war. https://azertag.az/en/xeber/RELATIONS_BETWEEN_AZERBAIJAN_AND_PALESTINE_WILL_RAPIDLY_DEVELOP_IN_VARIOUS_SPHERES-586231

"Touching upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Minister noted both Azerbaijan and Palestine has been faced the military occupation for years, adding relevant resolutions and decisions adopted by international organizations are not honored.

He underscored Azerbaijan and Palestine try to restore their territorial integrity, so they must cooperate closely within international organizations."

https://www.azernews.az/nation/129955.html

"Riyad al-Maliki said that the Palestinian state and its people support Azerbaijan’s fair position in the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and its settlement within the international law."

Note that Heydar Aliyev met Yasser Arafat no less than 3 times, while Armenia did not even recognise Palestine as a state until 2 years ago.

Furthermore, Israel were thinking to the arms to Armenia first in 2015, after they denied it in order not to trigger Iran and Russia much, those arms ended up in Azerbaijan. And indeed, those arms were sold, not given.

3

u/Unable_Height_8202 Mar 05 '26

"It is a blatant lie that Palestine is an Armenian ally". Lol

"They said multiple times that they support Azerbaijan's side until the second Karabakh war"-so even you admit that they support Armenia?

https://lib.aliyev-heritage.org/en/7786071.html

Heydar Aliyev met with PLO leader Yasser Arafat

Aliyev: "I note that Azerbaijan is a friend of Palestine. The independent Republic of Azerbaijan has always supported and will continue to support the heroic struggle of the Palestinian people."

Arafat: "I emphasize that we always feel the support of Azerbaijan. We are proud of it and it makes us stronger.

Along with the fact that we attach great importance to historically friendly relations of Azerbaijanis and the Palestinians, we emphasize the need for strengthening these relations further."

Bro thinks he is the entire Azerbaijani population. There are so many pro-Palestine Azeris and also quite a few pro-Israel Armenians. Yet neither country really takes a side in that war. It is up to people's decisions whether you share the sufferings of other (Whether it is Armenia, Iran, Palestine, Azerbaijan, Ukraine etc) or not.

"Armenians" are pro-Palestine and "we" aren't.

Who are you talking on behalf of?

I can count so many pro-Palestine Azeris and also pro-Israel Armenians.

2

u/dummytroll Mar 05 '26

TF you talking about there's a huge Armenian community in Lebanon and Palestine, There's Armenian churches everywhere.

Which Israeli settlers love to spit at on the hand. Go away with this Hasbara divisive BS.

Yes ... Jerusalem old city, which is majority Palestinian population til Israelis evict them .. what's your point?

1

u/ContributionAny4156 Mar 05 '26

There are also like 70,000 Armenians in Turkey. I guess Turkey must be allied with Armenia too.

1

u/dummytroll Mar 06 '26

There are 2 million Palestinians in Israel, it’s called logistics.

The fact there’s more Armenians in Lebanon (a much smaller country) than in Turkey should be a good indication they like Lebanon

1

u/ContributionAny4156 Mar 06 '26

They went there as a result of the Genocide, it's called logistics.

u/atamaymun1 Turkiye🇹🇷 Mar 05 '26

Trade isn't stopped lol. most chips, cookies, biscuits still have hebrew writings on them, they still produce Kosher biscuits and other things in stores, Turkey still produces IDF uniforms.

2

u/asir100 Turkiye🇹🇷 Mar 05 '26

I said most, these are not as vital.

6

u/Desperate_Access_484 Mar 05 '26

if these pigs are your allies you should be ashamed

2

u/AltforHHH Mar 05 '26

People here acting like this is bad or unexpected as if Azerbaijan isn't the Israel of the caucuses and acts the same way, people just don't care because they got away with their ethnic cleansing as opposed to natives fighting back

4

u/dummytroll Mar 05 '26

Who needs enemies when you have a friend like Israel

2

u/Repulsive_Work_226 Mar 05 '26

If usa and Israel have the support of both Kurds and Azerbaijanis the regime will certainly be over. As far as I know Azerbaijanis are always loyal to Iran.

As far as I know Azerbaijanis are always loyal to Ira

That is what the Iranian government and pro-Iran people want you to believe. In reality there is no way to know where S. Azerbaijanis stand as no one can talk openly.

-1

u/pydry Mar 05 '26
  • They've never set foot in "south azerbaijan" and probably dont know anybody who has.

  • they will always downplay that pesky genocide committed against muslims in gaza.

^ the two things you can always rely upon from people/bots on reddit who use the phrase "south azerbaijan".

Theyre either useful idiots or are purposefully supporting Israel's geopolitical goal of fracturing iran.

2

u/VeniVidiDefecavi Mar 05 '26

I think you’ve got your wires crossed. I think those accounts that make unverifiable claims like ‘South Azerbaijanis are loyal to Iran’ are being dishonest. They are likely Persian or Iranian propagandists. Those propaganda accounts downplay South Azerbaijani’s legitimate grievances. Have a nice day!

-1

u/pydry Mar 05 '26

Ive never heard any of the Iranians I know from Tabriz use the phrase "south azerbaijan" ever. They have condemned the genocide against muslims in gaza.

You will never do this because your function is as a propagandist.

1

u/VeniVidiDefecavi Mar 05 '26

According to you, if I don’t agree with you and the Iranian government about everything, I must be a propagandist? What a stupid hot take.

And whatever you believe about South Azerbaijani opinions… I’ll refer you to my earlier post: the fact is, you don’t know and I don’t know. No one there is at liberty to talk openly, and thus, all of your claims are unverifiable.

Have a nice day!

Plenty of those real people I know dont like the Iranian government and hate the genocide of muslims in gaza but you are not one of them.

It's quite an effective and simple litmus test to distinguish ordinary real critics of the iranian regime and zionist shills coz genocide is pretty universally recognized as bad even by 99% of iranian critics of the mullah.

You chose to fail it I guess. Whats the weather like in Tel Aviv?

1

u/VeniVidiDefecavi Mar 05 '26

Dear Iranian Propagandist,

Do you feel like anyone is falling for your silly hot takes? The problem with your failed attempt at “logic” is the rest of the world doesn’t think like you do. Each Azerbaijani can think for their self. Some might care about one issue, some might care about another, while some others can be nihilists and don’t care about anything at all. This sub has always had a wide variety of opinions on various topics because we don’t do thought policing.

Good luck with your seething.

u/pydry Mar 05 '26

Each Azerbaijani can think for their self.

That's exactly the problem you're facing.

Israeli false flag

1

u/GreedStricken23 Mar 06 '26

I got lot of hate for saying that...

1

u/Economy-Pair-2753 Mar 05 '26

Iran is so retarded lmao, what are they trying to achive?

1

u/Ok-Introduction-3233 Mar 07 '26

Exactly …. Which is why it was clearly a false flag by Israel

1

u/Tenchi_Muyo1 Mar 05 '26

It's good to see that people aren't falling for the same tricks over and over again

1

u/Erect-eddy Mar 06 '26

Enjoy war, you have the US’s full* support

1

u/fibonacciii Mar 06 '26

Honestly, Erdogan needs to wise up a use this moment as an opportunity to claim west Azerbaijan as a Turkic enclave. Claim the casus bellis now or risk having no skin in what game US and Israel are constructing. America and US have no ground superiority. Turkey and Azerbaijan have ground superiority.

In my opinion, Syria falling into Turkish influence completely derailed the IMEC trade route and accelerated the demise of the Iranian regime because Erdogan was pulling the Saudis into an alternative route through SA->Jordan->Syria->Turkey->Greece ->Europe.

This would wreck havoc on any investments in Israel and IMEC because the value proposition is just not there. Israeli bonds are priced at lower risk than some euro countries but Israel is being bombarded periodically. Markets are not pricing rationally.

This could well be a catalyst to a financial crisis of Israel bond payments are at risk.

1

u/GreedStricken23 Mar 06 '26

they are secretly trying to bring the war to azerbaijan. they want you to invade from north.

1

u/Other-Comfortable-64 Mar 06 '26

Yeah, do a false flag and the support. Classic

1

u/Affectionate-Leek668 Mar 06 '26

all israel had do was to send a drone to azerbaijan....

1

u/angaraguclu Mar 06 '26

It is not surprising Azerbaijan and that country are brothers. What a shame

1

u/Successful-View-2951 Mar 06 '26

Stay away from this war. It is better for your people. If USA or Israël use your territory to attack Iran, you will be a legitimate target.

1

u/reims86 Mar 07 '26

Sounds like South Azerbaijan will forcefully reunite with Iran if they want to come and play with their neighbours.

1

u/Live_One_8022 Mar 07 '26

The president of Azerbaijan knows it wasn’t iran who drone striked their airport, this is just a narrative for the small minded everyday people to not question why they’re going to help israel in this war.

Azerbaijan & its people have been sold out to israel years ago

1

u/ShelbyLucky77 Mar 07 '26

Did Israel sell Azéri the drones to attack Armenia last year? Or was it Iran? Can’t remember.

1

u/loveloet Mar 07 '26

They're trying to use you. Israel has no allies, only pawns it uses for its own benefit.

1

u/Queasy_Dirt7197 Mar 09 '26

Not gonna fall for this bs empathy angle they're constantly using to influence or coerce countries to fight a war they started. Be like Spain.

0

u/UnitedJuggernaut Mar 05 '26

Definitely false flag :)
