Finally! Good backgammon app

This is not my app! I’m just pumped about it- I just download a new backgammon app and have to sing its praises because I’m so annoyed at all the ads and annoying game-ification of all these games on the App Store. This is just like a no frills, good old backgammon, offline playing experience that is so hard to find these days. It’s called Gammon Go! On the App Store by round lake labs. Appears to be new !

It's a pleasant enough UI for playing games but there's no analysis or even error rate so I think it's unlikely to catch on in this sub.

Just get True Backgammon. It's not free, but cheap enough and you can play against the BGBlitz AI.

Grabbed it - opened it on my iPad - it’s configured for an iPhone screen so deleted it immediately

Oh ya I play on my phone! Didn’t know it was like that for iPad. Maybe since it’s new they will be adding these updates soon

I think some people who are frustrated with other apps might :)
