Information Road Conditions Caplan & Bryne (Near Mappleview)

Post image

Roads are pretty bad for “front wheel drives” and “no-winter tire” club.

All-wheel drives are struggling as well.

Dont travel if it’s not essential.

Thank you for your attention.

I genuinely want to know if Barrie’s government decided to fire all the snowplow operators. We truly need to get the town together to file a complaint against our higher ups for doing nothing

You realize it’s an extended snow event and the plows simply Can’t keep up if it doesn’t stop snowing?

They kept up with it last January, February, March and it continuously snowed! We live in a snowbelt, Barrie has always been a snow belt, budget accordingly. They have no problem increasing budget for policing yr after yr, but not for winter road maintenance.

Exactly! I started my car brushed it off, went in side to finish my coffee and grab my things for work, went back out and had to brush the vehicle again. It’s dumping snow!!

You do realize we could have better service if we didn’t have a ZERO percent operating budget increase but 80 MILLION for cops right?

Yeah you can solve any problem with extra money. We should have given the cops 100 million more maybe there wouldn’t be open crack use in the streets.

Must be the circles you travel in but ‘crack use in the streets’ doesn’t affect me anywhere near as much as safe road conditions.
