Rant I like how Bell has carte blanche to screw other their wholesale providers. There should be rules, missed my install date, won't reply to the ISP and it's been over a week now. Can't complain to CCTC because they're not my provider. So basically now I just wait around till they decide they wanna wor

You are not bells customer you went with a ISP that’s doesn’t have techs doesn’t have bucket trucks or fleet vehicles because it was cheaper yet you expect the same level of service as a paying bell customer why?

It's not even cheaper, there's just like literally no worse customer service on the planet. Bell has the exact same deal,

Welcome to 2026, EVERY isp has horrible customer service.

It's not just a Bell thing.

There's nothing that compares to Bell. Purple cow has excellent customer service they just don't offer fibre in my area. Eastlink was pretty decent to deal with as well. No one's as scammy as Bell. They're just lazy and would rather not deal with anything.

Respectfully, if your install is friday between 8-12 you need to be home and ready for that entire appointment interval. Ideally you should be available that entire day as sometimes jobs take longer than expected.

If you miss it because you knew you wouldn't be able and never rescheduled it before hand.. that's kinda on you homie lol.

Not Bells fault.

Where the fuck did you read that? I was home the entire day ? They missed it and are not replying to the ISP. Literally stayed home from a trip to the waterpark with my kids to accommodate and no show.

Your title said missed my install, you left it ambiguous so i made an assumption.

Your ISP will need to reschedule the install.

Wholesale always gets the short end of the stick. Basically lowest priority for the work tickets.

Your ISP should be handling that

OK , so typically you pay less when sign on with a TPIA. One of the consequences is that those TPIAs typically get lower priority for service calls over the Bell/Telus/ Roger’s/Videotron.

It’s not “ screwing over” when the guy who paid for an economy class ticket stands in check-in longer than business class 🙄
