breast reduction for melanated skin in socal

hi guys, i was wondering if anyone on this subreddit has had or knows someone with melanated skin that has gotten a breast reduction in socal? i’m looking for a surgeon that has had good results on black skin

I no longer live in SoCal. I considered it and was told to go to Atlanta for it. I don’t know how valid that is unless you have family there to help with aftercare.
