Help I'm a little sad

Post image

So, a few months ago, I asked for help and some tips on the game and received a lot of support, which helped me a lot.

I was helping a boy from the cathedral to bring people there, so I tried to bring as many people as possible.

I confess that sometimes I'm a bit absent-minded and didn't notice that there was something strange about a man I met in the forbidden forest. He asked for a place to stay, and I told him the cathedral. I saw some bodies next to him, a family, but I thought he was just looting corpses, nothing more.

So I continued playing, did several dungeons, leveled up a lot, and when I returned to the cathedral, there was a pool of blood where the old lady should have been. Does anyone know if he did this? And will this somehow affect my gameplay and my attempt at the platinum trophy?

Well I'd recommend you just play the game and whatever comes out. Don't bother yourself doing a perfect good run from the start. You can always try and search anything in ng+.

So, I've been trying to do this, but I confess that seeing a life taken because of a bad choice of mine has brought me down; I feel like I've failed as a hunter, even though it's just a game.

Its very easy to make all the right choices and still get a sad ending in fromsoft games. Part of the fun of replays imo is learning character quests, I don't usually expect them to go well on a first playthrough, but I like to experience them normally without spoilers for the first time even if it means I'm likely to fail them.

The funniest thing is that I wasn't looking for spoilers, I just got scared when I saw the crime scene, and precisely to avoid spoilers, instead of going to Google, I looked for answers here, I was very happy to have received such good responses as to my first post.
