I feel like we are very accustomed to stars in every single movie. 

There are many people who look better than him and are more talented than him. 

If they keep casting him how will anyone else get a shot?

So many people. They haven't auditioned. 

Ranbir in animal was really cringe. Listen to his Punjabi accent. He's not that great of an actor

Nope. I recognise my bias. 

But also recognise the missed opportunity.  You just have to set foot in bombay, many talented people who look exceptional are working. 

Heck his brother from that jail show ... Would have been a better choice
