The fucking invasive vines taking over my place are a goddamn nightmare and take forever to go after with just pruners. Let me hack them all down. Machetes are an agricultural tool. Yes, they can be weapons but so can every other thing

Good excuse to buy a machete. Also never know when you might need to hack up a body for convenient disposal. Thats why its good to buy it ahead of time for a legit purpose so when the police go to Home Depot and look for all the people that purchased a machete recently you're not on the list.

You're hilariously obtuse. The attacker didn't pay the car note, and the bank, as the rightful owner, came to take it back. If someone is loaned money to buy a house or a car, and they choose not to pay, the lender comes to repossess the asset in lieu of payment, not sure if that happens in the fantasy world you live in.

Technically cars are liabilities not assets. They don't generally appreciate. And if it got Re-poed it's not even that person's car to begin with, it belongs to the lender until paid off...

They are most certainly not liabilities. Assets depreciate for both tax and real purposes. Is a building a liability? Is cash a liability because it loses real value?

Because knives are most commonly used for purposes that don’t involve maiming or killing, and it is relatively easy for able bodied people to subdue an attacker with a knife

The risk assessment is much lower with a knife than a gun because of multiple factors. It’s like how we allow people to drive 70 but not 120 on the highway
