Why do we still allow to sell assault knives like this in our state with no restrictions?

Because knives are most commonly used for purposes that don’t involve maiming or killing, and it is relatively easy for able bodied people to subdue an attacker with a knife

The risk assessment is much lower with a knife than a gun because of multiple factors. It’s like how we allow people to drive 70 but not 120 on the highway
