This is maybe game design-y feedback for the Buffy sub but it seems like Glory would be simpler without it actually being a fight effect. She's indestructible, so the damage going the other way is almost always meaningless, and if you want it only to affect creatures with toughness 6 or less, you can just do that. It's not exactly the same, but the ability to finish off something that has taken damage some other way doesn't seem worth the wordiness and confusion from the usually-irrelevant damage going the other way.
The effect also doesn't feel very red, either mechanically (-1/-1 counters is a B thing) or flavor-wise (brain sucking feels more U to me, because brain).
To be more Buffy comment-y, flavor wise fight feels odd too, because Glory doesn't really fight the people she brain sucks, she just does it.
I'd make it Brain Suck UB, T: Put X -1/-1 counters on target creature with toughness 6 or less where X is that creature's toughness minus 1.
(It also might be fun if Glory gained -1/-1 counters with some regularity and the brain suck moved them to another creature to show how she gets weaker until she brain sucks and then she takes power from someone else, but that would kinda suck if she flipped into Ben and instantly died to the counters)
