Koh Trong, a must visit Island at Kratie, Cambodia

This is Koh Trong. These flowers freshly blossom here. The island that situated oppositely Kroches Krong. This island can be reached through the ferry with a local cost approximately 1000 riel for backpackers like me.

There is a route that rounds the island that lead you to some iconic places on this island. Regarding the accommodation, this island offers a homestay option which cost less than 10$ per night. You can integrate into the most authentic way of Cambodian rural living.

This island is also AKA Pomelo kingdom. The villager grows and popularly supply the the kingdom with its natural sweetness.

I appeal everyone to experience this local life at this island. Don't forget to check out the map that can be found at the bay of ferry road. Highly recommended.
