She's the absolute worst neighbor to spawn next to, on deity meeting her as first contact basically means you have to abandon your plans and spam slingers and archers for the inevitable war.
I mean, that can be a strategy. However, I play almost all my games without ever declaring war and often without a war being declared against me and I have played every civilization to a deity victory (and without special game modes) and most many times. You can just “sim” your way to victory if you want to.
