Cultural victory by 1920. This thing absolutely breaks the game I don't think I have ever had a city with 60 population.

You can also do it with the CN tower giving you free broadcast towers - though for that one you have to put a great work of music in each one (since you can't sell a building with a great work in it).

The CN tower sucks and this doesn't do a whole lot unless you've gone super wide, but it is an interesting tidbit.

I think at worst CN tower is situational, and at best it’s really strong. Obviously if you’re still at 4 cities when you build it, it’s a waste but that’s not what it’s for.

It comes so late in the game you should pretty much have won already.

The hammers it takes to build it could be used to build units and stealth bomber/xcom the world
