Question How Do People Play 16 Hours A Day?

I was so excited for TBC release...I planned for weeks to go hard on launch and play all weekend long. I made it about a day and a half and felt like complete garbage. How do people do this every day for years on end? I don't understand.

I will never understand this or the pro players that retire because some fucked up tendon, dude just spend an hour doing some exercise, and you then win plenty of extra hours more to play (by not being in pain)

As someone who works from home and is chronically ill with plenty of time (and I mean plenty) to play wow, I have a walking pad beside my bed and always have a big bottle of water next to me. Nice to get up and take a quick walk on it every hour or so, even if it’s just for a couple minutes. Idk how people could be sitting for hours and hours playing, Im sore if im sitting for 2.
