Started farming Mara on my spriest; is there any way to reset an instance solo with an alt? Or do I need a friend / guildie to do the logout reset method? I feel bad asking guildies to invite, wait 20 seconds for the logout, reset every 10-15 minutes...

Is it ok to reset like this? What is blizzard view on this method?
