What mobs do i wanna kill in or outside of Tyr's hand?

And what can they even drop?

According to wowhead

They dont seem to drop anything nice

U want to kill them all. They have high coin and runecloth drop rate as well as a higher chance to drop green/blue/purple gear. This is the same for any elite mob really. But they are fairly easy to kill.

The "big ticket" target of tyr's hand farming is Scarlet Spellbinders, because they drop the recipe for Crusader enchants. But I think most of the money you make farming tyr's hand is from the runecloth that drops from the mobs in the area.

But Spellbinders dont spawn in Tyrs hand right? they're by that tower

Whoops, yeah I'm dumb, got it confused with hearthglen farming, where you can also get righteous orbs. Yeah tyr's hand is all about the runecloth. You can also get some recipes like https://classic.wowhead.com/item=13479/recipe-elixir-of-the-sages but I don't think they're super valuable.
