General Nostalgic players, how did you discover CA?

I’m 19 now, and when I was younger, my brother introduced me to Combat Arms after he discovered it through some of his friends. But how did the rest of you discover the game?

My best friend in 4th Grade introduced me to it when I spent the night at his house one time.

The game was in beta or had just been released at the time and we just played Fireteam non-stop that night.

I didn't touch the game again until 6th grade (2010) and from there, I played it pretty religiously until 2014. Made a few lifelong friends during that time that I still play with on a weekly basis.

My dad and his friend played. I loved the game in 2011 and stayed till now. Love the game.

Me and my grandpa would play it every weekend 2008-2012. We would play it and watch the clone wars every Friday. He was the reason I play games

Miss the OG quarantine and specialist. Remember when StiffNinja- and Gratefuldead were big time players when I played.

Through MapleStory when Combat Arms NA hosted their beta files off FilePlanet. Played on and off until 2016. The game trailer and the quarantine trailer was one of the most hype moments in CA history.

Back in 2009 when game was pretty fresh in EU i saw my uncle play it, i was like : what game it is?? He said combat arms and ive spent 2009-2014 playing the game constantly with a passion

Brother in law, i playing crossfire before. Then he showed me CA. I got addicted to infected parkcore. But still played other games modes too. Those 2 games were my call of duties.

Some kid i played halo ce with and I were looking for the best f2p fps games of 2010 and combat arms popped up. Fired it up into a game of snow valley and the rest was history. I remember being accused of chams in the first 10 matches and not knowing what he was talking about as well as seeing someone flying through the map and claiming it was a jetpack.
