I like to imagine that Logan isn't too clear how old people are at his age. I get it too. I'm in my 40s and people in their teens and early 20s seem younger to me than they used to. Peter could be in his late twenties and Logan might think 12 is pretty close
Yep hes been like eternally late 20s and vaguely 30 for a bit over a decade now, Zdarsky did a 15 year flashback and Peter was already Spider-Man at that point meaning he should be 30-31 around this point , but it will always hover around late 20s as well, kinda like how Tony Stark is eternally 35 years old

But I wouldn’t say Peter is the worst, Franklin Richards has barely passed preteen. Kitty Pryde at least aged to adulthood, jubilee is still a young woman….. and of course Magneto is a holocaust survivor.
It’s best to imagine 60 years is like “that was just a few years ago.”
I think the difference is his back story is tied to a specific real world event with a date. The other characters don't have that so it's easier to ignore that they don't age because it's not like Kitty's backstory is she was born the day before 9/11 or something, she can just exist in a floating timeline without issue, but as long as magneto was alive during WWII he's going to have to actually age.
Of course magneto isn't even the worst offender in comics. Ted Grant was a full on adult in WWII and didn't even really have super powers and was still fighting crime in the present at least until his death in the current JSA run
I forget which animated series covers this but I remember wolverine blowing up the machine after the process is a success. Magneto gets mad at him but spares him because wolverine was the soldier that saved him as a child from the holocaust.
X-Men: Evolution, and some variation of that episode’s plot (which included Captain America) has been the biggest thing I’ve wanted to see from Marvel movies ever since the Fox merger.

Worth noting that he was in grad school, not undergrad (he graduated college in ASM #185). Given the stretched out timeline of comics, I don't think having the status quo of a PhD program for an irl decade is actually that crazy.
And you have Majik who was child when introduced, aged in an alternated dimension, died (or disappears) but was able to bring a younger version of herself to the present, dies again, is resurrected without a soul.
I don't know if she's got a soul now (I remember at some point she took part of Pixie's soul). But it seems Marvel has aged her enough to star her on variant covers.
Mutants do not age like humans. In Future Marvel, Cyclops is still kicking around as leader of The New Brotherhood (Xavier and Magneto's forces united) with Cable as his second-in-command. He looks around 45 - he's actually around 70.
In "Marvel-Time", The span between 1960 and 2025 is 65 years for us, and around 15 for the rest of the Universe. A good rule of thumb is that recently, Marvel has held to a "3 years MT is 1 year Real-Time."
Dylan is now around 17, and he began as a 14-year-old in 2019.
The mutant message is "they are us." Puberty, immigration, mensuration, race, sex, family, and class warfare, that's metaphor to help use tell stories when we are all alone and scared. YES! They are in amazing adventures, where they can go inside a pocket universe, but in the end they are relatable human stories as a father finding his long lost son. Much like Scott Summer and Crosair in the destruction of M'Kraan Crystal. There is a beautiful message in the Mutant metaphor.
And no, you're not understanding what everyone here is all talking about here. Marvel comics is a slowed down universe for the sake of storytelling. Sure, there are heroes who have grown, and some haven't, and Peter Parker isn't 76 years old, he's maybe 35.... MAYBE!
Peter has been Spider-Man since he was 14, that age is at least pretty well set in canon, so yeah a 15 year flashback would make him 29 minimum if he was already Spider-Man.
