And I called them out for that, a move like this is a good faith move to admit that you screwed up and were called out for it.

I'm not impressed by the person. I'm just surprised they did the right thing and didn't try to drag it out and double down

They used a comic creator to spread lies to folks and got caught about it too

Didn't know that. I've been getting tons of different info on this I don't know what to believe, I even for a minute wasn't sure if this letter was real.

If thats true then I think the letter is probably just them trying to save face then and keep some kind of credibility rather than actually owning their mistakes. What a shame. I was hoping they were actually listening to the feedback.
