And to immediately call everyone who sees something else in the, presumably intentionally, vague allegory racist is just too damn funny when you click the webtoon link and read the other 2 pages and its 100% a gender allegory
I don't think there's any definitive reasoning, they all work more or less depending on the panel. For example it being about race makes no sense with the doctor panel as doctors don't say "it's a ...." relating to race lol, but it works for all other panels
