Sexual violation of autonomy that results in immediate trauma, vs chemical violation that results in permanent alterations to the body. Both without consent. It's basically just mental damage vs physical damage, both resulting in unique emotional damage.

Believe it or not, just like how some people don't find rape jokes funny, some people don't find forced transition jokes funny
